i'm gonna have to say no, you can wait till next time, as this is to introduce my next character into the plot, and progress it along a little. and I already know that you want one of those characters to be hidden under the ice and they find him, correct? that, and i'm not letting ya have another op'd character xp

No dude. You're not understanding. Slyce isn't gonna be in use for quite a long time. First off, Jarado requires a hair sample from Sean/Xenas. Second, he requires a sample from himself. Thirdly, adding the other element takes a hell of a long time to add. Slyce won't be used yet. Just when Sketchy & D-Sketchy leaves to train with their powers. That'll be far later.
Plus, Jarado will be far under-used. Right now, he's like Sickle's suck-up.

Weapon: A modified Caddet training staff made of metal that has Five buttons on it, each doing something different:
1. Pulsates energy through the staff, leaving a trail of light where ever it's swung, and Has a chance of shocking the enemy
2.Transforms the staff, so that it's thinner in the middle and wider near the ends, which are electrofied(like the staff the greivous body guards use in Starwars...yeah, I just made a starwars reference...)
3.The top flips open and releases a toxin into the air that is harmful, and speeds up the regurgitation proccess.(makes you barf ALLLLOOOTTT) and, the gas can't be seen, smelt, or felt, so when she does release it, It seems like nothing is coming out.
4.Transforms the staff into a bow-like object of which can shoot energy "arrows"
5.It transforms to look like the button #2, but this time it splits in half and can be used in both hands, or easily re-atached.
1,2,3,4,5(all at once):The staff transforms into either(She can choose by pressing button combinations)a bow(1,3,5) or a staff like button 2(2,4) they are both pulsated with energy, and when ever the bow(if that's what it transformed into) Hits the target with an arrow(the arrow is also magnified ten times)the arrow injects the poison into the person's blood stream(what does it do, exactly? well, It screws with your diggestive system, making you throw up constantly, and Screws up your nerves, so If you try and move your leg, you end up twitching your finger, for example) and if she chose the wierd staff thingy, then it's ends become bulkier, and they get pulsated with energy,the electricity on the ends is amplified to shocking(lol, get it? xD) levels, and sprinkles the toxin when ever she holds down the button while swinging.(wheeeeew, that was LONG...)
