it's not possible to be a pure element and be a living thing at the same time.
on top of that, he needs to go through Tsukuyomi to take him over, because tsukuyomi isn't going to hand himself over just like that. and there is no way for Ino to get stronger while in his current state.

lol, you underestimate the power of the higher up higher ups.
unless you can explain how ino is getting stronger by being energy, then I'll allow that.
the chance of despirce beating Tsukuyomi BEFORE the higher ups send someone STRONGER then Cyrus after him is very slim, and beating him doesn't mean he'll get any weaker, with the devil backing him up, he can gain a s much power, since the devil is the only thing with power equal to gods, tsukuyomi has all the power he desires. even more if you kill Xion, the restraints on Tsukuyomi come off, and he has unmeasurable power.

How does Ino gain power? As long as there's darkness ANYWHERE, he'll come back again. (All exept for my idea which may make a MAJOR flaw) Ino gets his power from darkness... and... anything he absorbs... Ino is as pure of dark energy just as much as Kamen is of light energy.
How will Despierce do all that? I'll have to figure that out... XD

how're you going to figure that out before you know what all the higher-ups do?
Despirce is someone you should have never made or either waited till more was revealed to make him.
